Common questions
Third floor walk-up — is that a problem?
No, but tell us in the quote. Stairs change crew size, and a crew sized for an elevator building will take much longer on a walk-up.
Will my sofa fit?
Send a photo of the sofa and of the tightest doorway in the quote form. It is usually answerable from photos, and it is much better answered before the day.
